The Burning Hell je alter ego kanadského skladateľa Mathiasa Koma. Jeho kapela je už na cestách v rôznych podobách od roku 2007 a slovenským divákom je známa najmä vďaka festivalu Pohoda.

Na koncerte v Art Cafe 21. októbra 2017 sa vám predstaví spolu s predkapelou, Construction and Destruction, ktorá sa počas koncertu pridá ku kapele The Burning Hell a spolu rozpútajú veselú zábavu a komunikáciu s divákom.

Počas svojej 10 ročnej existencie hrali na nespočetne veľa miestach, na festivaloch, na Glastonbury aj na Pohode 2009 (posledný koncert festivalu po veternej smršti), hrali niekoľko krát v Bratislave, za Polárnym kruhom, objavujú sa v podozrivých baroch, festivalových stanoch, v súkromných obývačkách, opustených bunkroch a počas svojich ciest Európou radi nachádzajú útočisko na Francúzskom vidieku.

V súčasnej formácii sa Mathias Kom spojil s dlhoročnými spolupracovníkmi, s Ariel Sharratt (basový klarinet, bubny) a Darrenom Brownom (basová gitara, bouzouki).

Na jeseň 2017 pokrstia The Burning Hell svoj ôsmy album, Revival Beach, ktorý následne predstavia na veľkom koncertnom turné fanúškom od Rocky Mountains až po Mountains of Mourne, naprieč Tyrhénskym a Nórskym morom a na mnohých ďalších miestach vrátane Štiavnice.

Neúnavní The Burning Hell sa tešia na ďalší rok plný nových zvukov, nových piesní a nových ľudí, s ktorými sa o ne podelia a ako nám povedali, do Banskej Štiavnice sa tešia tak veľmi, že sa u nás počas turné zastavia dvakrát.

The Burning Hell is the alter-ego of Canadian songwriter Mathias Kom, and the band has been on the road in one form or another since 2007, playing everywhere from the chaos of Glastonbury, Pohoda 2009, to the loneliness of the Arctic Circle, popping up in bars, festival tents, living rooms, abandoned bunkers, and a mental asylum in rural France along the way.

In its current formation, The Burning Hell has Mathias Kom joined by longtime collaborators Ariel Sharratt (bass clarinet, drums) and Darren Browne (bass guitar, bouzouki).

In the autumn of 2017, The Burning Hell will release their eighth full-length album, Revival Beach, and embark on a tour that will take them from the Rocky Mountains to the Mountains of Mourne, across the Tyrrhenian and the Norwegian Seas, and many other places in between. Always restless, The Burning Hell looks forward to a year of new sounds, new songs, and new people to share them with.
